I don't feel like watching the video since I don't particularly care to see a woman beaten while a child is traumatized for life, but I will say this - regardless of the race of the victim or attacker - I think the attacker should be beaten, tortured and killed. I was raissed a lil' old fashioned. Eye for an eye type punishment, or if someone hit's you, you hit them back so hard that they never forget it.
