Yeah really - got home from the hospital, sat on the steps & scooted up step by step with my good leg as a brace and used my arms.....I am now parked in my bedroom with my leg elevated on 3 pillows.....and since the 2nd floor is where the bathroom is - I'm staying here!!

That just makes my leg and knee ache looking at your leg. Movement is the key like Nelms suggested.
It's so wierd a few montsh ago you were skiing on the black diamonds and now this. It shows all of us how fortunate we should be to our health and being able to get to the gym! Your dedication to fitness and this site is awesome!
