TxRugby_8 New member Dec 24, 2002 #5 My at home Ab routine: Weighted Sit ups - 4 sets of 12 Leg Raises - 4 sets of 12 Reverse Crunches - 4 sets of 10 Bicycles - 2 sets of 10 Crunches - 1 x failure i'm going to do this for another month or so and then switch it up. my abs are a lot tighter and stonger, but no six pack due to coming off bulking. Cheers
