So pretty much the green is the area I hit those little fucking concrete stopper thingies in parking spaces, when I pulled back it fucking snapped the area pointed in yellow, that section is held by clips that latch, what pretty much happened was that the clips remained in place and instead of unlatching they broke off the actual bumper cover as shown in the insert pick, the blue arrow shows how the fucking clips stay latched but snap off the cover

I read a bunch of VT owners who have had this shit happen for the exact same reason and they just glued the damn clips back onto the cover with some Bondo bumper repair epoxy kit, hubby thinks it might be a good idea instead of getting the whole damn thing, involving the insurance or the dealer....
