Update. Going to live with my day. Help him through this tough time. Putting my house on the market next week. Interviewing for a position about 10 miles from dads house. Should be interesting. Haven't lived with my pops in over 30 yrs. When he finally goes to a home in a few years, I'll just buy it off him. So much going on lately, my heads spinning
