when you feel pain from a certain lift then you need to stop doing that particular lift
i know its a weird concept for many cause we been taught 'no pain, no gain' and all that other fake tough guy crap. but the reality is there is a difference between a good pain and a bad pain. if you don't know the difference then learn it asap, otherwise you will need to spend 50-100K on a hip replacement by the time you are 50
