OH MY GOD I was reading the latest Glamour, and they actually had a little blurb in there about doing HIIT...they reccomend doing it for 45 minutes!!! I wanted to throw the magazine across the gym (I was on an elliptical when I read this). I'm sorry but if you can do HIIT for 45 minutes, either your high isn't high enough or your lows are too long.
And then they had the nerve to use the word "tone" on another page....stupid magazines that don't know what the hell they are talking about.
