I see, it makes sense to me. I like the outline so I’ll do some more adjusting. I’m willing to do just about anything to get rid of the fat!

Daisy I hit that "this is easy" thing today during my HIIT....so next session I will be going harder at 1 min rather than 2....I just wanted to start off slowly and not burn myself out in 10 minutes!!
 
OH MY GOD I was reading the latest Glamour, and they actually had a little blurb in there about doing HIIT...they reccomend doing it for 45 minutes!!! I wanted to throw the magazine across the gym (I was on an elliptical when I read this). I'm sorry but if you can do HIIT for 45 minutes, either your high isn't high enough or your lows are too long.

And then they had the nerve to use the word "tone" on another page....stupid magazines that don't know what the hell they are talking about.

WTF?! Are you serious?! That's RIDICULOUS! If I did it for 45 mins I'd need an oxygen tank to breathe 'cause I'd collapse! LOL
