Higher Power 4-AD

I've been taking 600mg per day of Higher Power's 4-AD. Do you get bitch tits from this stuff? Am I supposed to be taking anti-estrogens? I'm taking the 4-AD stacked with 1-AD. I read an article about this stack and the authoer mentioned nothing about bitch tits. If I need to get on some, can anyone recommend some I can easily get? Thanks!

Are you experiencing gyno-like symptoms (itchiness, tenderness, puffiness, discharge, etc)? 4AD aromatizes and can certainly cause gyno for some (there have been rare cases of 1-test alone causing gyno...but this is quite rare, as stated).

You have two options:

You can cease usage of 4AD immediately, OR you can continue usage and purchase some formastene/formasin to control the estrogen (the optimal OTC anti-e's for use on-cycle).

Actually, even if you do chose to stop dosing 4AD, it might be wise to cycle the formasin/formestane for several days until the side effects subside.

Thanks for the reply. Will 6oxo work for this as well or do I need to get formestane? So far I have not noticed any of the gyno symptoms you described but I want to do everything to be on the safe side.

6-OXO may work, but formestane is the better on-cycle option.

Thanks for the info Tkarrde. I just ordered some formasin. I'm in my 5th week and I have had none of the bitch symptoms you have described. One final question is doing the formasin on my cycle sufficient enough to keep the estrogen at bay or should I also do 6oxo post cycle as well?

Well, if you are experiencing no negative estrogenic-sides, there isnt really a need to use the formasin (though having it on hand is a good safety measure). Either way, you will still need to use 6-OXO post-cycle, as your natural test levels will invariably be suppressed.
