1 110% New member Feb 8, 2002 #4 i think high reps are fine, whta matters most in my opinoin is switching it up. do high reps for a while, then go to low, then moderate reps.... periodizing your training will give you the best results in my opinion.

R Robboe New member Feb 10, 2002 #5 do both higher and low reps. Anything more than 12 is more endurance oriented [good for calves tho] do a back exercise - 2 sets - first set heavy for 4-6 reps the second moderate weight for 10-12 reps. Get the best of both worlds.
