High Proteinconsumers - where do you take "get" your daily protein from

I try to mix protein from different sources like chicken and steak or even fish. My protein per day(workout days) comes from:
Pure protein from :
Casein: 65g
Whey: 45g
Chicken: 40g
White fish: 150g
Rest comes from the protein in the rice, oatmeal and pasta.
Where do you get your protein from?
 
Steak, shrimp, salmon and tuna, whey post workout and cottage chesse before bed

I'm so sick of chicken.:sick:
 
So how many of you guys count the protein that you get when eating poasta and outmeal. One cup of oatmeal gives me 10g protein, just from the oats. 100g pasta gives me 13g protein and rice 9g per 100g. When you say I eat 300fg protein per day, are these proetins from pasta/rice etc in that number?
 
Today I will be consuming:

1.5lb of chicken.
.75lb of sirloin.
1lb of ham
2 "Pure Protein" bars.
5 eggs

I stay away from the shakes...
 
whey protein shake ~ 52 gr
chicken breast ~ 45 gr
canned tuna ~ 100 - 135 gr
eggs ~ 50 gr.

For the total of: appr. 247-282 gr per day

I wish I could afford some real fish instead of this canned crap, but it's too expensive for me.
