high protein foods.

Hey guys, I am on a decent high protein / low carb diet, for the fact that I have made mass gains, but want to start cutting up. I am about 180-185 lbs, and eat about 220-240 g of protein a day. I get about 140 + from protein shakes, and from eating a shitload of tuna (between 1-2 pounds a day) then steak & vegies for dinner. What I wanted to know is what else high protein / low carb foods can you eat for lunch, which are quick n easy to eat. Tuna (in springwater) is good, cos 1lb tin has about 80g+ protein, but it tastes like shit eating it ever day. Any other suggestions?

BURGERS: veggie*, turkey, chicken are good, but some people don't like how they taste. For the amount of protein you get in them, I think they are worth it. Good Luck.

Protein bars...mmmm.....

Chicken....I love canned chicken. And chicken breasts are pretty good too.

Eggs...mmmm omlets with ham!

Yummy! Cottage cheese!!

Ooooo...turkey sandwiches!

Other fish besides tuna. Mmm catfish...and canned salmon!

Beef!

Some protein in peanut butter...yum. And plus good fat too. Oooo peanut butter.

Also, I dunno if you're eating all that tuna plain from the can...but there's lotsa posts on this board about tuna recipes that make tuna alot more exciting.

Wow I never realized how yummy protein is.
