Hey guys, I am on a decent high protein / low carb diet, for the fact that I have made mass gains, but want to start cutting up. I am about 180-185 lbs, and eat about 220-240 g of protein a day. I get about 140 + from protein shakes, and from eating a shitload of tuna (between 1-2 pounds a day) then steak & vegies for dinner. What I wanted to know is what else high protein / low carb foods can you eat for lunch, which are quick n easy to eat. Tuna (in springwater) is good, cos 1lb tin has about 80g+ protein, but it tastes like shit eating it ever day. Any other suggestions?
