High GI post workout drink even when cutting?

When you cut (with or without AS) do you still drink a high GI (60g carbs, 40 protein) shake immediately after lifting?
 
i personally would lower the carbs a bit and raise the protein....but yes i think even when cutting its important to take in some carbs for replenishment post w/o. it won't go to fat thats for sure if your low carb the rest of the day like most who are cutting.
