High carbs & High sodium bloat?

I know that carbs binds water and sodium binds water too.

Little bit confused if to do it this way or this way to keep bloat down.

I eat 600g plus carbs and high sodium and 3 litre water per day.

Am I doing it in the wrong order?

What order is the correct way when eating high carb diet?

1.high carbs, low sodium, high water intake

Or

2. High carbs, high sodium, low water intake

Appreciate all help I can get.

always drink plenty of water, it will actually help you hold LESS water. its not as silly as it seems. the body knows when its always getting water and well hydrated so it wont try to hold onto water as much. if low water intake it will try to hold more in the body (survival mechanism) i would do low-med sodium and high water.

Thanks for the help

Something like this?

2-3g sodium per day
4-5 litre water per day
