Gentlemen, wanted to get some perspective on this diet. First off, i'm 6'0, 235lbs, 18-19% BF, and 30 y/o. Preparing for my first cycle and my first "real bulk". I've done quite a bit a research and tried to come up with the most efficient, economical, and productive diet that I could stomach. HIIT is done first thing in the AM so if you are wondering about Meal #1 it's my pre-cardio. Pre workout is hard to nail down since my work schedule is so hectic so i figured i would just keep the macros steady throughout the day. Multi's, flax, and omegas are taken everyday. It's roughly 3500 cals.
