Hi i am 16 and i do Crew, the only time we get off is during the summer. Anyway i have been bodybuilding for about 1 year now, i have been bulking for a while now and i dont seem to be where i want to be, in terms of muscle mass.
I am 6'4-'5 , 225 lbs. Anyway i am also getting fat around my mid section and getting a double chin
. How long does it take to loose a good 10-15 lbs of fat? Should i bulk 1 month, cut next month then bulk, then, cut again? I want to be in good shape when the season starts again, but i also want to have a good deal of muscle. Also how many carbs should i have when i am cutting?
