Agreed with everyone! I joined EF right about 5 weeks ago and thanks to all of the wise ones (i'm gettin' there) i've had some surrus (aka: serious) results in just 4 weeks. And i believe daisy said it...."patience". It's key. I swear i wasn't sure i was getting results until i did before/after pics of just 4 weeks. Now, it's official...i'm addicted to EF and my new lifestyle. You're going to love the site. Stay positive...focused....and dedicated. Everything will fall into place. Best of luck!
