noticed about a week after starting my first use of HGH (3.33 IU/daily) I started to have pain in my joints, especially my knees, elbows and ankles. It only gets uncomfortable when lifting and not when just doing normal activities. Anybody know why ?

I have been using HGH off and on for years and havenet expereinced any joint paint. If anything it improved. Are you taking anything else? Retaining water?

Could be mild water retention.

Some people will experience water retention when they use HGH for the first time. It'll go away after a couple weeks once your body gets used to the new drug
