I’m now 50 years old and my body just doesn’t recover the way it used to. I would love to use some growth hormone to get more benefits. Also looking for fat loss and lean gain. I’m currently training five times a week but if things don’t get turned around I’ll have to only train 3 or 4 times a week, which I don’t want. Do you think that two IU’s of HGH would be a good start? I’ve never used it.
