using hgh as a 50 year old

I’m now 50 years old and my body just doesn’t recover the way it used to. I would love to use some growth hormone to get more benefits. Also looking for fat loss and lean gain. I’m currently training five times a week but if things don’t get turned around I’ll have to only train 3 or 4 times a week, which I don’t want. Do you think that two IU’s of HGH would be a good start? I’ve never used it.
 
bros I would go with growth hormone at two IU's per day and stack in some growth hormone peptides as well. Try that for 12 weeks and then reevaluate.
 
i love hgh here. 2-3iu's per day is good. You don't have to go any higher. Trust me. That would be perfect.
