Just hang in there I'm working on a reply in my progress thread

but its kinda hard to answer, because no 2 weeks are the same, even though there is a general framework and direction, I still train somewhat instinctively. I know what weights I had used in the previous workout, but in terms of sets and reps. I never plan them unil I walk into the gym and see how I feel during the workout.
 
I'm most interested in how you change it up between different styles. What kind of changes do you make and how often? I'll keep a look out for the reply to your progress thread.
