well i use to be a beast in the gym years ago weight 195 was about 7 percent body fat pretty cut and benched 365
im now a 245 lb blob that probably cant do 225 on bench
had a stout lower body well anyway you get the point
saw a video of myself and about cried..lol...not really
but i want to start a diet and workout routine yet again
I know more muscle i build the faster my metabolic rate so I will incorporate weight lifting into my training and probably do cardio exercise 20 to 30 minutes a day.
my key focus is diet i hate low carb diets because after the first week i have no energy and feel like im about to die
i keep hearing a lot about this south beach diet and i use to do something that seemed similar to this just eating only carbs on the glycemic index that were well rated
any recommendations would be nice i want a diet that i could get in a routine of doing that will still give me energy but has a lot of foods i like eating.
also portion size time of eating....i can eat teh same food over and over....as long as i get in a routine im good
thanks to all who reply
