Help with workout routine

I am currently doing wendlers 531 program. I'm doing the four day format. I do cardio on the non workout days. My question is where could I fit muscular endurance work into my workout schedule. I remember reading where Wendler suggested some sort of conditioning work such as prowler pushes or something along those lines. I would like to incorporate things such as prowler pushes, tire flips, battling ropes, etc. How could i fit these into my current workout routine without overtraining?
 
i might do them before your cardio, or on the same day but 12 hr apart from the lifting. What days are you goin to the gym now?
I go to the gym monday, tuesday, thursday,friday. and i go on sunday and do power cleans and nothing else. I'm just worried about overtraining doing them on the days in between my workouts seeing that tire flips and those type of exercises are using all your muscles.

well then id do them on the same day as ur workout just do i hrs before or after. what is ur primary goal? Im doing a football routine in january it basically is 5x5 lifting mon, wed, fri, and then running tue, thurs, sat
