I am currently doing wendlers 531 program. I'm doing the four day format. I do cardio on the non workout days. My question is where could I fit muscular endurance work into my workout schedule. I remember reading where Wendler suggested some sort of conditioning work such as prowler pushes or something along those lines. I would like to incorporate things such as prowler pushes, tire flips, battling ropes, etc. How could i fit these into my current workout routine without overtraining?
