B brickshitpowerhouse New member May 30, 2001 #3 to build big, full lats you need to do a good back routine: deadlifts 5 sets of 4-8 reps deads develope the whole back, and are a must barbell rows 3 sets of 6-10 reps rows are the great for middle and upper back mass chins 4 sets of max reps chins will add huge width to your lats, once you can get to over 15 reps with good form, add extra weight
