help with stomach bloat??

[FONT=&quot]My waist is topping 33 which isn't too bad, but all the eating is increasing my waist size, I can still see my abs when I flex (indicator that I'm around 10% during a bulk) but the food I eat is making my stomach stick out. Any tips, just continue on?[/FONT]
 
get away from the habit of eating too much food, too often

a body that is efficient does not need anything close to the absurd amount of food we are brainwashed into eating. a healthy body can do more damage with 80g of protein a day, then an unhealthy body which eats 500g (see rich piana as an example of a sick body)
