Help with retatrutide dosing

I started on 1mg per week at 191 lbs with really great success.

IMO 1-2mg per week is the ideal starting dose. See how your body reacts if you need to up to 3mg per week that is fine.

Everyone reacts differently, when I push 2mg+ my appetite is absolutely nuked and I struggle to get protein targets in. I can't even look at food.
 
Looking for advice when it comes to reta dosing. I'm 300 lb, looking to lose about 80 lb, and I'm 40 years old. Do you think I should start at 3 mg a week and then gradually increase to 8 mg a week, or do you think I should start lower?
Start at 2 mg and get used to it , then every 4 weeks increase dose by 1 mg
 
Backing up what's being said ablove, start low 1-2mg, work your way up, those that encounter probelms do so by sarting to high, take your time.

Start at 1 mg, see how you tolerate it. Then if you're OK, you could start increasing.

Diet is definitely the most important thing. I know so many people taking these drugs who have no results.

Bros, even 1 mg is better than none. A lot of people think they need to jack up the dosage to 3 mg a week to start, way too high.

Always start at 1mg then go up from there by 1mg every 3-4 weeks. Below was a chart made up from one of the clinical trials. Reta can hit hard so treat it with respect.
