Reta for 12 weeks

Interested in using retatrutide for 12 weeks.
I'm interested in trying Reta for 12 weeks and seeing how I do on it. Do you recommend that I jump headfirst and go with 4 or 5 mg, or do you recommend that I start low? I'm 230 lb and I'm looking to lose 40 lb.

You're going to want to start out at 1-2 mg a week. Then you can gradually start increasing it. If you don't do that, you can get a lot of side effects.

Reta is definitely the GOAT. It's a triple agonist. You want to give it some time though to kick in. I would plan to run it 6-9 months.

I'm a big fan of RETA. Start at 2 mg a week then bump it up by 0.5 mg every 2-3 weeks until you get to 4 mg.

Bros, a lotta people will use tirzepatide since it's FDA approved. Retatrutide is not FDA approved yet. Maybe another year.

Do 1.5 mg a week for the first four weeks. Be a little patient with it, then you can gradually start increasing it. I will not exceed 3-4 mg in your situation.
