No it was not. I was supposed to take in 2300 calories but as you can see i fell short because im simply not hungry. Also, the macro break out was supposed to be 55% carbs, 30% protien and 15% fat but i failed in that too.
I noticed you like Frank turek. You my brother are allright with me. Bro you have to force feed. Also depending on your goals i would up the protein and lower those carbs down a bit. Once your body is fed correctly it will adjust and you will become more hungry.
