Help With My Diet

I need some serious advice with my diet.
I calculated that my TDEE is 2,803 calories, so my plan has been to lower my caloric intake to 2,382 while doing cardio 5 times per week and lifting weights. My macro-nutrient break goal was supposed to be 55% Carbs, 30% Protien and 15% Fat with most of the carbs coming in early in the day and then taper off to 0%-10% by my last meal or shake at the end of the day.

Problem is, even though I have been lifting hard, been doing 30 minutes of cardio with hr elevated to 136-141 bpm 5 times per week, I'm not hungery and as a result have been only taking in 1,439 calories with the macro-nutrient break out being 40% Carbs, 38% Protien and 21% Fat.

My question is, what do I do about my appetite, I dont have a big enough one and even though I can get stricker and adjust my macro-nutrient break out how is it now?
 
Try and consume most of your macros and calories when you are hungry...post workout, or fit in some shakes with healthy fats and oats to get you up to your targeted calorie intake...you have to not get discouraged bro, get creative!

I am a little confused here...how is 1/2 c of oatmeal yielding you 20 grams of protein? Am I missing something? 233 grams of protein in 8 oz Chicken? Your calculations are off...4oz of chicken breast yields 22-23 grams protein, so 8oz is roughly 44-46 grams, not 233...or am I reading this all wrong?
