Help with my blood pressure

My blood pressure numbers have been elevated, currently at about 145 over 95. I need to get them lower. What's a good supplement that I can try to help with this? I'm forty-eight years old and not getting any younger.
Supplements -
Vit D
Omega 3
Co enzyme Q10
Beetroot
Garlic

Medications
Telemesartan
Cialis as Demon has suggested

Lifestyle interventions
Reduce stress
Get enough sleep
A healthy diet
Stay well hydrated with water
Include Cardio & or daily steps & weight training is also a good preventative & treatment health measure too

A lot of the supplements that guys above are mentioning are already in N2Guard. It's got at least 5-10 solid supplements just for heart health.

I would definitely be all over n2guard in your situation. It's going to be the healthy way to go.

N2guard will definitely help. It has excellent supplements in the formula to help with blood pressure, especially things like CoQ10 and other vitamins and minerals.

I’ve been looking into different ways to verify and track medical test results more efficiently. Online systems now make it easier for users to access their reports without visiting centers in person. One useful feature is how platforms like saudi medical report check allow quick verification of health status updates. This helps reduce delays and improves transparency for individuals waiting on important medical results. It also supports better record keeping for travel, employment, and health screening purposes. Overall, digital medical report systems are making healthcare information more accessible and convenient.
At 145/95, supplements alone won’t reliably bring it down, but some that may help slightly are magnesium, omega-3 fish oil, garlic extract, and CoQ10, along with getting enough potassium from food. The most effective changes are reducing sodium, regular exercise, weight control, better sleep, and limiting alcohol and caffeine. Since your BP is in the hypertension range, it’s also a good idea to monitor it closely and speak with a healthcare professional if it stays elevated.

Cardio, how many days a week are you doing it? If not start and watch you blood pressure drop..I don’t believe in using a drug to combat a problem caused by drugs when there are other options that are more beneficial alike 15mins cardio
2-3 x a week.

Oh yes you can do some Telmisartan if you wish, but why not do cardio and get healthier first?
