Help with mutants insulin protocol

I have run insulin before so i am not a begginner and i know the risks.

I live in Thailand and can't get these supplements. LOW DE MALTODEXTRIN AND PEPTO PRO

HERE IS WHAT I HAVE

HUMALOG INSULIN
GLUCOSE POWDER,
SCITEC 100% WHEY PROFFESIONAL
GASPARI SIZE ON CREATINE-BCAA
DYMATIZE ELITE CASSEIN

Can i change and do it this way?

15min prior to workout: Humalog 5iu

10min prior to workout: shake1 10g cassein + 10g whey + 30g glucose

Under workout: shake2 (10g whey + 10g cassein + 30g glucose) with size on zip after every set untill finish

60min after: carb/protein meal 50/50 ratio.

90min after last meal same again 50/50 ratio. Complex carbs

I don't see why not. You've hit the slin before, so I don't have to tell you what hypo feels like or what to do. Keep your carbs and sugars right, prick your finger, and you should be good

*slin talk is kinda frowned upon here tho

Another questions Is can I do humalog 2 time per day. Upon waking and pre workout or must be specific hours between.

10am insulin
Breakfast

11.30 pm lunch

1.45 pm insulin
 
Humalog is the rapid one. You can do that as many times a day as you want, should be spaced evenly, and I CANT stress enough to check your blood sugar and keep those carbs up. I'd start low, you really have to learn your own body, misused, slin can cause fat, palumboism, hypo, and death. Less is more. Should really be running GH with it too.

And really, I just feel like ignoring slin use on this board won't make it go away, it'll just cause problems. Only reason I'm answering
 
Why such a small amount of protein? Wouldn't you want more than 10g of immediate protein with your slin?

I was under the impression that GH can easily lead to insulin resistance, diminishing the results of slin and making you more at risk for diabetes?

I am wondering the same why only 20g protein.

Mutants insulin protocol its written 20g pepto pro so i am just following his protocol but still weird should it not be 30-50g protein?

Anybody or if mike who maid the protocol can answer would be very appreciated
 
Well I would think at least 30-50g of whey and 30-50g of casein. Because yes your protocol is currently 20g in total, but only 10g(whey) counts towards immediate uptake with the glucose and insulin. The other 10g(casein) will slowly release in the intestine over an 8 hour period, so it is useless in the insulin spike. When I take my post-workout shakes, I drink one shaker of 50g of whey, than another shaker with 50g casein.
