help with cycle and diet....

Hey guys, I am looking to do another cycle in a few weeks (sust/deca/dbol) I am 6'1" 200LBS and 15-17% BF looking to add some more size. Can anybody point me in the right direction of a diet I can use that would work for someone with my stats. I have been lifting for 9yrs I am 28 yrs. old and my first cycle was test enan. I do have clo and nolva for PCT. Also maybe a new workout to mix things up. Thanks for anybody that can help.
 
Post up your current diet and we will go from there.

General formula though:
Protein 1.5 x bw
Carbs 2.5 x bw -- all clean sources, except maybe a dextrose/whey pwo shake
Fats 0.5 x bw

Seems to work pretty well for most.
 
currrent diet as follows:

8:00 - Protien Shake (44 Grams protien)
11:00 - 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies.
2:00 - 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice.
5:00 - 1 can tuna mixed with low sodium ritz.
8:00 - protien shake.
10:30- 8 eggwhites.

Not sure exactly what the protien content and cals are but it is just a base I know I will have to up the cals when I start my cycle. Thanks for your help psychedout!!!

Meal one: Add 1 cup oats oats, and 1 piece of fruit

Meal four: Add more carbs. Baked potatoe, rice, pats, etc.

Meal five: Add some almonds or peanuts. 1/3 cup of whatever.

Meal six: Add 1-2 tablespoons of flax oil.
 
as a general question, does cycle influence food intake? or would a diet be the same for somebody on gear compared to somebody natural?

I have some comments on the diet, but I know nothing about gear and would rather not comment if my remarks don't match the conditions.... If gear has no impact on dieting, then I can comment.
