Hey guys, I am looking to do another cycle in a few weeks (sust/deca/dbol) I am 6'1" 200LBS and 15-17% BF looking to add some more size. Can anybody point me in the right direction of a diet I can use that would work for someone with my stats. I have been lifting for 9yrs I am 28 yrs. old and my first cycle was test enan. I do have clo and nolva for PCT. Also maybe a new workout to mix things up. Thanks for anybody that can help.
