Help! wife retaining water from topical test!

I tend to agree with BM as a constant low does will keep all hormone levels in check. I know when my mom went through the change the hot flashes etc were crazy she is just about the sweetest human to walk the earth and even she got scary. I don't think she ever went on topical test etc she got some natural Dr. to get everything in check. She is very into alternative meds and does random things like eating 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds which she says help with the hot flashes a lot. I will take a look at her stash of supplements and let you know what she is taking.

I think I follow what you are saying here but on the other hand I don't. How would it benefit me to have the hormone levels in my body plummet every two weeks and have them stay there for two weeks? I start flashing within hours of not having the estrogen. Within days I have a hard time controlling my emotions. How would this be of benefit?

Are women designed to be mental and miserable two weeks out of the month? LOL I am certain that some men might make this arguement hehehehee I've never been like that. The only time I was certifiably nutty was in the beginning and end of every pregnancy. Other than that I am on an even emotional keel when everything else (diet and sleep) are good.
Under natural conditions, a woman's hormone cycle fluctuates according to ovulation. Estrogen stays reasonably level until just before her period, then everything crashes. But I wasn't talking about estrogen levels, I was talking testosterone and I should have been more clear, I apologize, I shouldn't have said HRT.

Honestly, the only experience I've had with exogenous estrogen was when I was on BC pills and I was, literally, suicidally psychotic.

If I found a way to explain to myself that sex with my husband is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for my well-being (ours, of course) then perhaps I would want it more. It isn't lack of drive necessarily nw that I am on HRT. But rather my mind squelching my drive because I don't feel that I should be allowed pleasures that are not mandatory to being alive.

Any opinions?
I once heard a sex researcher say the following "With men, sex is primarily a mechanical act. You could, for all intents and purposes, cut a guys head off and his body would still have sex. With a woman, the sex is almost 100% psychological/mental. You have to seduce her brain and her body follows."

Said another way: Men need sex to feel love; Women need love to want sex.

Don't I know it Momma!

But this time it isn't him. He is loving me all day - no sex involved... This time it really IS me.

I was watching a show about couples having issues with sex one thing they did was make appointments to have sex 7 days in a row. It brought them closer and knowing they had an appointment to have sex each was doing something special because of the build up. It is worth a try.

My wife, age 45 is taking prescription topical test. Lately she is retaining water.

Can I give her Anabolic Extreme PCT? I understand this could offset some of the side effects of androgens like arimidex.

Thanks!

How is her diet?
