Help, suggestions on supplement/cycle/diet

Hey guys, long time memeber under new name. Been a while since I have been here. Did 1 cycle long time ago and made unreal gains but then lost it and gained more weight - pushed my body and now it can hold more...

Anyway, I will give you my stats & goals and thoughts. Please comment on anything!! Please! Thanks in advance!

Height: 6'4"
Weight: 240
Bodyfat: ?

Goal is 215-220 in about 3months.
Can realistically workout 3-4 times per week due to work.

Questions:
1) How should I split my workout between Cardio & Weights?
2) I would like to get some thoughts on Protien, Carb & Fat % + calories for my daily diet
3) Some good solid supplements to give me a nice boost right off the bat?

Supplements:
- Reading about THERMOREXIN on here being awesome for fat burner.
-Whey protein ofcourse
- have some Omega's in the mail

What else to tighten up & lose fat?

well...down to about 225lbs so my new goal is 210-215.

I am training about 3-4 times per week in the morning on an empty stomach.

Been doing about 2-3 THERMOREXIN per day w/ omega 3s & more protein.

When training I have been hitting the revolving stairs and some weights for about 20-30 min after that. Hitting, back/bi's, chest/tri's, legs > stomach & low back every workout.

Any more thoughts?
