Here's the deal, I workout with a trainer on wednesdays. On Wednesdays, I don't want to work out more than TWO BODY parts. On Mondays and Fridays, it doesn't matter. However, I want to rotate the workouts so that my trainer hits a different pair of muscle groups each week. I also don't want to work out any more than three days - Monday, Wed and Friday. Is that possible?
