I agree with trying out a new diet. Every time you tweak something you see what works and what doesn't for your body.
Right now you look in great shape. That spot below the belly button is the last to go. Its the hardest. I hate it.
I am not a big fan of Clen either. I believe its over rated. I would try a cup of green tea in the morning and another after lunch. I find it works just as well yet it is healthy and not unhealthy like Clen.

Thank u! Green tea it is ! I checked out that site you mentioned and started logging foods today . Also i looked up some recipes that Jamie Eason had online and made some turkey muffins. My 8 yr old actually likes them.
Im wondering what everyones thoughts are on casein protein. I read that its a good protein to have at night. Maybe just once a day?
Another question I have is should I run in the am as soon as i wake up on empty stomach or should i have protein before?
