I'm not sure what the macros come out to be. Have you tried tracking everything on a site like FitDay?

Hi! Im 5ft5in prob 125 -128 range. One spot on my stomach below belly button i cant lose. My doc said i have to have surgery to get it flat. I have a feeling not enough food some days too. A friend gave me a diet to go on with no dairy and no whey protein. He said have mostly tuna salmon, sweetnpotato, lamb, nuts and green veggies. What is the reason you say no soy?

There is something I heard called cold sculpting or cool sculpting you could try before you get surgery while you keep dieting. I have no idea if it works, I just heard about it recently a cpl people were trying down here before going under the knife

This whole artical is a good read this is one of the main reasons
Soy and Thyroid Function
Researchers are in general agreement that people with previously diagnosed hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) should not take soy supplements. There’s not as much agreement, however, about soy and diet. The isoflavones in soy inhibit thyroid peroxidase, which produces T3 and T4, which can make a bad situation worse for those with diagnosed hypothyroidism or, as some suggest, help cause hypothyroidism to begin with.

It’s also important to note that soy isn’t the only food that has goitrogenic effects. Other foods in this category include (but aren’t limited to) cruciferous vegetables, corn and lima beans.

You aren't eating enough based on your hieght and weight.

This is the diet I recommend to most everyone.

This is a simle general diet plan I suggest eating 5-6 small meals a day calories should be about 10-12 x wieght

Diet wise start with a ratio of
40% Protein
30% carbs
30% fats (good fats)

Stop eating carbs after 6 p.m.

You should be getting a gallon of water in a day you can also drink green tea decaf and other decaf herbal teas as much as you like.

Once a week you should have a cheat meal this keeps your body guessing and leaves you with a treat to look forward to.
