HELP: Plateaued on Keto/CKD....Suggestions?

I've been doing Keto for a few months and have consistently lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately for the entire month of February, I have lost a meager 1 lb. :(

I think I plateaued on this diet, should I keep trying but change up my eating habits or should I try a new diet (Like 33-33-33)?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PS. On my current Keto, I am eating roughly 10xBW Cals, lots of fat and protein and less that 20g of carbs per day.
 
BF: 19%
Cardio: 7x Week 30 Minutes (3x High Intensity, 4x Low itensity)
Supplements - R-ALA, Flax Oil


Would prefer not to use Ephedra
 
platue at 19%??? dude youre in the easy part... try like 7%...

Cut calories and make meals smaller and more consistent... cut 200 calories and add a meal... It's hell but dieting aint fun I just cut 300 calories and spread 2200 caloes over 7 meals
 
I would try the 33-33-33 for a few weeks. Dropping your cals even lower on the CKD will only drop muscle at this point because you have obviously stopped dropping fat....what is there left to drop?-Muscle-yikes!

You answered your own question...do the 33-33-33

shit CytoMel man, don't be telling people to jump into carbs like that right off a keto diet. do not go 33 33 33 right off the bat.

Mr. x recommends 6 weeks of gradual introduction of carbs back into the system. This guy will balloon the hell up and kill himself if he jumps right in.
 
If you haven't already been adding a high calorie day every now and then,you could eat an extra 500 calories and see if that get's youre metabolism going again.

start replacing saturated fats with essential fatty acids (flax seed oil)

add cardio
 
ps, do you make sure you reach ketosis? ala during ketogenic days of the diet is not a good idea, plus it tends to give a false positive ketone reading
 
I would test KetoSticks maybe 45 minutes after eating a meal to see if you are still in Ketosis, and do this maybe once a day. I normally hit it around meal 3 or 4, as I figure by that time I will be in Ketosis or not at all. As for rereving ur Metabolism, you might consider 2 carbup days compared to 1 carbup day. Your thyroid levels might just be down.
