I've been doing Keto for a few months and have consistently lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately for the entire month of February, I have lost a meager 1 lb. 
I think I plateaued on this diet, should I keep trying but change up my eating habits or should I try a new diet (Like 33-33-33)?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
PS. On my current Keto, I am eating roughly 10xBW Cals, lots of fat and protein and less that 20g of carbs per day.
