Help on my chest!

How many sets of how many reps do you guys do for chest? It's my big problem area and I'm thinking that I'm overworking it these last few months. I'm currently in an off cycle, incase that makes a difference. But my gains are slower in chest than any other body part even though I work it the hardest... I'd like some opinions guys, thanks!
 
I have been on this chest routine for 4 weeks and am loving the results, my chest never looked better
Decline press 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Incline press 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Incline flys 2 sets of 8-10 reps
Cable cross overs 3 sets of 8-12 reps

you may have hit a plateau!! This works for me change your routine like Mustang suggests also after being on this routine 8 weeks change again-try 4 sets incline followed immediately on the last 2 sets do push-up as many as humanly possible(that will be2 sets incline & 2 sets inclineW pushups) then proceed with decline the same way with the last 2 sets followed by pushups as many as possible...if you don't experience a tremendous pump i'll eat my hat!!!! Great info guys... I was overworking for sure compared to what you guys do... wait, none of you do flat bench press??? If you do, how many sets/reps? Thanks again!
 
i used to overtrain my chest as well. couldnt get it to grow for the life of me. then i dropped a few sets and dropped the number of reps. i do 6-8 reps of each right now.

incline dumbells
flat dumbells
incline flies
weighted dips
 
usually 6 sets of presses works for me followed by 3 or 4 sets of DB flys or cables one week we'll do flat bench-incline-flys
next week flat bench-decline- flys always alternate every 2nd or 3rd week between straight bar and dumbells.
