That's my current pic

And I for got to tell you I cardio 4 hours out the day two hours in morning kick boxing and muay Thai and two hours at night jiu jitsu

you don't look like you need to lose 30 pounds in your pic. what is the deal? your body fat is in the low to mid teens which is fine. and you have good muscle mass on you. no way you are 18%, that scale you are using sounds like its one of those that you stand on and those aren't accurate at all. in fact I will flat out and tell you that you are 12-13% body fat tops.

as far as what AAS to use now that we have found out that scale you were using was bullshit, now what are your revised goals?

Look into tren it MIGHT be what you are looking for. It will give great strength and lean you even more. It is the only one that I have done so I don't know about much else.

no way you are losing 30lbs unless you have some sort of tragic accident...

do you have a weight class you are shooting for or something or do you just wanna get ripped up?

lol i thought the same thing after i saw his pic, he used one of those Taylor scales they sell at target or walmart to stand on.. those things say i am 25% body fat and like 66% water or some outrageous number..

thats why i don't really trust when guys post their body fat without a pic

yep, use tren for that limp dick, bitch tit prolactin look/out of your mind feeling, night sweats..

don't run steroids.. I agree 11-13% max..

what i think you are looking for is a more vein/dry look.. ??

rawfitness99 is doing a tren test mast cycle and is posting pics. In 3 weeks he is looking great. I did a tren only and it was what I needed. I wasn't as cut as this guy to start but it did wonders on me. Steve is doing a tren cycle i have not heard much about lately
I hear about tren sides and it seems like not too many people get bad sides, besides night sweats. Maybe I am not seeing those thread about tons of sides.
I am reading about people doing 200mg of tren and still seeing results. Not sure but from what I've heard " low dose lose sides"

i can gurantee you this... just like everyone else said, there is no way possible you are 18%, no way... I think all you really need to do is tone up what you have... you have a good base going on... with the amount of cardio you said you are doing, and that your diet is spot on, something doesn't add up in my opinion..l. I am thinking there is something about your diet that may be hindering you... I am wondering what exactly it is you have when you say you have ever aas and also what kind of previous experience, if any, that you have... Tell me that, and I am sure we can all point you in the right direction...

I agree with what everyone else is saying. There are guys who juice just to try to get the look you do right now man. You look fairly lean and athletic, and look like you have some guns on you.

I wouldnt worry about roids unless you really gotta scratch that itch.

As well, folks keep harping on cardio...intervals, not traiditional "cardio" will keep you lean much more efficiently than "cardio". I guess its finally getting more popular with the BB crowd, HIIT high intensity interval training etc...look up EPOC...as well if you wanna keep muscle, and stay strong, better to do intervals...

As for how people will look, abs showing, veins, dont forget how much genetics have to do with it...some people eat well, train right and just are not gonna look like a fitness model etc....even with juice genetics play a huge role in how we all look and perform

I'm only 5'8 I'm a fighter need to get down to 170 I'm a MMA fighter I'm strong as a ox I'm just to big please guys help me I know I'll sacrifice a lil bit of muscle but please let me know

^^^ AAS isn't the answer.. i would hit a catabolic diet for a little bit. very small portions, lots of fruits/veggies. I used to have to make weight when i was a PLer, all I did was eat clean and run 45 minutes a day. it inhibited me from gaining fat or muscle mass

I agree with Steve, if you nees to hit 170 the last thing you want is aas. You'll need to drop some muscle mass to make that weight and the reason people use aas when cutting is mainly to maintain muscle mass....just focus on your diet and cardio

^^what steve said--don't think you have 30lbs to lose--i should be so lucky

Ok I'll try that out for a month see how it goes so fruits and white fish and broccoli and stuff wow how about the protien shakes and will I have energy to train I have 3 months till next fight

in three months you should be able to cut that weight... if your training for a fight, your cardio training should be a big part of it anyway... you need to make sure you are watching your diet and not drinking at all... you also want to avoid salt and sugar as much as possible... you don't want to retain water or fat... you train right and you can make that weight... at your height, that should not be a problem...

just get shredded while maintaining as much muscle as possible. focus on building a huge gas tank and being able to do HIGH intensity cardio using different interval variations.

once you have a nice six pack going that will give you a better idea what weight class you belong in.

LOL those herbalife guys are just trying to boost their sales. Not saying that their stuff doesn't work because in my experience it does.

I am 27, 5'9'' was 178 lbs and now I'm 152 lbs, right @ my ideal weight (amateur BJJ fan of MMA). From early Jan to late March I lost 26 lbs and have been maintaining that weight pretty steadily.

Answering the original question of the thread, just eat smart, 5 to 6 times a day minimum, high protein / low calorie foods and you should lose the weight you want.

Cheers,
Rob
