You might want to add something like 1 whole egg scrambled with 4 whites to your breakfast. I always couple a protein with a carb to slow the insulin response. Protein is your friend, Low glycemic carbs are your friend, healthy fats are your friend. If you fall off the wagon on the cruise - OH Fricking Well....you now know what needs to be done and I have every confidence that you will do it.
