Hi guys after training bodypart splits for such a long time ive decided to give full body routine ago. This is my suggested workout so far but think it mite need changing a little bit.
day 1
squats
bench press
barbell rows
seated barbell shoulder press
bicep curls
tricip pushdowns
day 2
deadlift
incline dumbell bench press
t bar row
dumbell shoulder press
calf raises
weighted ab crunches
day 3 will be same as day 1 but will alternate between workouts every 2 days. However im two minds whether to do day 1, 3 times a week and add deadlifts to that workout, im also going to be working between 10 to 15 reps for 2 sets on the compounds and just 1 set of the same reps for biceps and triceps. Should i up it another set on every exercise aswell?
