Help me make my squat less shit

how was my frist post misleading all i said is in 7 weeks i gains this amont of weight on my squat i dont see how thats misleading... and i did do some major adjustments to my form to help me raise that much weight granted it also had to do with muscle memory but i have always bee a big supporter of good form is one of the most important things you can have it prevents injuries and 80 percent of the time when you good form you can lift more

if i were to take 6 months off and lose 100lbs on my squat, and i came back and added 120lbs... i would consider that a 20lb. increase...
the fact that you had squatted more than when you came back was left out... it sounded like you had never squatted anything near that weight before...
it is much, much easier the second time around... im not trying to discredit you or anything, i just think a 'new' gain of that ammount isnt likely in that ammount of time, and it so happened that you had lifted weights near that ammount in the past, which you didnt mention...

your right moya your right i see what your saying now i guess i should have spoke with more detail or mentioned that... like i said i took about 4 years off the muslce memory helps you gain fast until you get to where you was before... i hope with in the next couple weeks maybe a month i can get my 455 to a solid 500 pound squat thats a real goal of mine and this is all new i have never squated more then that so ill see how fast i can
