Help me fine tune my workout

I'll be doing a cycle in about a month (that's another thread) and I wanted to get some fresh input on my workout schedule. Here goes: (These are all in order too)

Monday - Chest: Flat bench, incline, dumbells, and cable crossovers.

Tues. - Legs (hams, quads, calves): Leg press, squat, extensions, curls, seated calves, standing calves

Wed - Off: Have sex with women whom I don't know :)

Thurs. - Tri's: Overhead pulley with rope, pushdowns ("v" bar or straight bar), lying extensions
Shoulders: dumbells presses, military, front or lateral raises, shrugs

Fri. - Back: seated pulley row, lat pulldowns, wide grips chinups, single arm rows, (I can't do deads yet so don't
yell! :)
Bi's: (These vary, I do 3 lifts) preacher, standing barbell, incline curls (the best!), concentration, standing dumbell,
also, some random forearm work too.
 
I for got to add that my Wed schedule is identical to the weekend :)

Also, my stats are 6'0 172lbs, bench: 305 x 3, squat: I'm not sure cause I can't squat heavy for now (hernia) I go up to 295lbs :(
