Hey all since the semester started, I started going to the gym as well. The problem is, I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to the proper workout, so I'm not sure exactly how to workout to get the best results. I've got all kinds of equipment at my college's gym, so pretty much any excercise will do.
Anyway, my main question is, what kind of excerises should I do, and how many reps? How do I figure that out? I've been pretty "skinny" as I guess my metabolism rate is quite fast. I'm also 6'2" tall and weigh about 155 lbs... I guess I'd like to gain few extra pound of muscle in the next few months.
Also I have heard that protein/creatine shake mix's are pretty good. Are they worh it? Which one should I buy? How often/how much to take?
Do you guys know any sites with weightlifting charts or something to help me get my workout plan straight?
