I am fixing to start a high protien, moderate fat and low carb diet. I need to get some things cleared up. I am 5'8" and around 188 at 8 or 9% right now. I am going to bulk for a month and then cut for 12 weeks. I want to get to around 200 and 5%. I am naturally lean and have never carried much body fat. I have several questions.
1. How many fat grams should I take in a day?
2. What do you guys consider "good fats"?
3. What other food can I eat that will be good for this diet other than chicken, fish and tuna?
4. What are some foods that taste good that would suit my diet?
5. Should I avoid sugars at all costs?
6. Should I take in carbs immidately after a work out?
