Help me clear some things up.

I am fixing to start a high protien, moderate fat and low carb diet. I need to get some things cleared up. I am 5'8" and around 188 at 8 or 9% right now. I am going to bulk for a month and then cut for 12 weeks. I want to get to around 200 and 5%. I am naturally lean and have never carried much body fat. I have several questions.

1. How many fat grams should I take in a day?

2. What do you guys consider "good fats"?

3. What other food can I eat that will be good for this diet other than chicken, fish and tuna?

4. What are some foods that taste good that would suit my diet?

5. Should I avoid sugars at all costs?

6. Should I take in carbs immidately after a work out?

Thanks, I have more questions but can't think of them right now.
 
You wont get up 10 solid lbs of muscle in a month, first off, especially if you say you're the type to be naturally lean.

Bulk clean until you get to say...10 lbs or so above where you want to be, then diet down, as of course when you diet youll lose some muscle also.

ball park 110-150grams - all depending on the diet

2. What do you guys consider "good fats"?
flaxseed oil..olive oil...MCT oil...udos choice...peanut butter

3. What other food can I eat that will be good for this diet other than chicken, fish and tuna?
beef, pork...tofu

4. What are some foods that taste good that would suit my diet?
everything is game if it fits the caloric breakdown
peanut butter is good

5. Should I avoid sugars at all costs?
no

6. Should I take in carbs immidately after a work out?
yes
