Help in Biceps routine..

Guys!...always my weakest part has been my bi's...:(
I don't know why...bad routine or bad genetics. The thing is I need some advices to exhaust this couple of morons and make them grow...my actual routine is this:

3x10 standing EZ bar curls
3x6 standing dumbells hammer curls
3x7 standing dumbells curls
2x12-15 standing straight bar curls (with less weight til failure to fatigue the muscles)

any suggestion is welcome!

Try not doing any direct work and just using supinated chins in your back work, for example. See what happens. Many trainees don't seem to see a lot of arm growth when they do direct arm work.
 
something that worked for me was cutting out direct arm work for a month. when I went back to direct arm work my arms started to grow again.
 
Seriously, bi's are my weak link too.. No matter what I tried nothing would work so I cut them out(directly anyhow) when i started WS..and I had better gains then ever before lol. Still not great but better than when I hit them 1, 2, or even 3 days a week.
BUT, if your going to stick with your routine ;) how often do you hit bi's? and when do you do back...
looks like too much volume to me, maybe try like 6-8 sets tops? especially if your doing back the day before/day of/day after :)
 
what beast said! anyone with 20" guns should be giving out the advice..

I've added maybe 1/4" from doing 6x6 CFT for bi's and tri's superset but it's probably just edema & a pump. Still feels nice :)
