I am a 37yrs old male, 5'10", 143lbs and have a lean body. A week ago I started my first cyle using: 1cc of Deca, 1cc of Test and 1cc of Vitamin B12.
I work out 4 times a week
Is this the right dose for a begginner? How much weigh will I gain? Do I need anything else?
Any help/advise is welcome!!
