when to not use an AI

I’m 34 yrs old
my first cycle I didn’t use an AI, did 500mgs of test E and I was good
2nd cycle did 750mgs a week of sustanon and had some issues and got on letro late in the cycle and ended up being good.
This time I want to run test 500mgs again but use some deca with it.
Would an AI be necessary here and is there ever a reason not to use an AI?

I would say yes you will prob need an ai.
There is nothing wrong with elevated estrogen as long as you are not feeling side effects. Estrogen levels will naturally rise with elevated test levels.

you should always use an ai period
dont wait for sides

use aromasin

Just run a lower dose of ai. Sounds like you aren't very estrogen prone

letro is a LAST resort to be using.. you should always have aromasin or arimidex on hand... how do you know you were ok on 500 mg? did you do bloodwork??
