HELP!! Covid 19 situation

I am in my 4th week of my 12 week Test E cycle and all gyms have closed in my city. What do I do as far as continuing to take shots and only being able to do push ups, pull ups. jogging etc. ?!?

stay on cycle and just do whatever kind of workouts you can at home... it will be a change of pace but you can do many things your not used to and shock your body and still get results
 
Abs and neck doesn’t need any weight. v-up, crush, neck bridge, ... Pick pull instead of shoulders raise. One arm chair dip and pushups. The frame of a door is often enough strong to make hanged leg raise and pull-ups with fingers grip. You use a table to do inverted row. Elbow lift is useful to work your back. Jumping rope instead of treadmill. This is always good to achieve a workout with bodyweight.
